I can't answer that question because I can't figure out the importance of it. Whatever happened before or after you is not your business. Get over yourself. It is people like you that are possessive and hard to deal with. Realize that your problem is not her past but your need to feel like the "man"!
As a matter of fact, the only time you should be concerned is if she calls you another name. If you are worried about STD's, you should be using protection anyway.
That is one question that people are rarely honest about. What would I look like telling my man he was number "45". Next I will have to go through that bs of if he was the best and what I did with this one or how often I did it with that one.
Leave well enough alone with that one. Love her for who she is now and how she makes you feel.

If u wanna know if a girl's worn out-u should be able to tell physically. But if u two really like each other then u should bury the past it shouldn't matter whether she brings u pleasure or not. Besides there are lots of ways u can give each other pleasure if she doesn't satisfy u in that sense.

before you sleep with anyone, you should each go get a test for STD's! I am assuming you are both adults! Always use protection because getting a girl pregnant is the easiest of all the possible things that could happen.
