FareChase searches dozens of travel sites so you don't have to.
It is the best way to find great prices for flights and hotel rooms.

Travel websites are not necessarily cheaper. They add fee's and restrictions that are rediculous as well as crazy connections. I have always found better fares on the actual airlines website, better schedules and connection times or non-stop, which is always better. Fares vary by day. Friday and Sunday are the most expensive travel days. Summer is cheaper than fall or winter travel and it depends on the cities you are traveling to.

No matter what website you choose, READ ALL THE FARE RULES before purchasing. Check with the airlines website to compare prices. Check the airports website to see who services the cities. Southwest, Jet Blue and a few other discount air carriers do not participate with the travel websites. Booking 30 days in advanced gives you the best chance at lower fares. There are only a certain number of each fare level available, so once they sell out it goes to the next level. The closer to departure time the higher the fares are OR the quicker the plane fills up, the lower fares will sell faster.

I do not recomment Priceline, Hotwire, Cheap Tickets, Lowestfare or other sites like these that give you price before you know the options. These are potential traps. Auction websites are just as bad. Make sure you READ ALL THE FARE RULES no matter what site you choose and ALWAYS compare the airlines prices directly before making a decision. No one website is categorically cheaper than any other.

Any other websties that you may find can work too. Also read the fares rules to make sure that you agree with everything. Also if you find a fare that you are satisified with, go to the webiste of that airline and purchase it there. Also try to book a day like Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Try to get a time early in the morning or late at night. The fares are cheaper on these days and times.

buddy commonly has decrease cost ticket expenditures for flying around the Pacific Ocean. you will then might desire to connect onto a U.S. airline to fly to Raleigh. See if a holiday agent can help you. on each and every occasion I fly to Asia, I e book with a holiday agent who focuses on journeys to Asia as a results of fact i will acquire a greater perfect cost.

the thing is to try at different times of the day. Prices go up and down all day (because the airlines try to offload tickets when slow and jack prices up when selling)
