quick fixes don't last long --- exercise and eating healthy foods, drink plenty of water ---try walking a mile each day(over mild to moderate terrain) --- while doing so keep your tummy muscles taut --- yes, it hurts but it works in flattening the tummy... A friend of mine is really into doing that and by the looks of her it works... she walks and pushes her baby in a stroller at the same time.

oh i did this thing to get abs i just did a bunch of different stuff and if ylou do like 50 sit ups everyday which take like 2 minutes or less in a about a month youl start to see abs and then after like 2 youll have them

for your legs you could leg lifts with weights daily but takes two days a week where you don't to give them a break. for your abs just eat healthier and do sit ups and crunches, you could do maybe 100 a day or so.
