hey, I have sex on a regular, and 2 hours ago I felt as if i had to use the bathroom a tremendous amout. I went to use the bathroom and noticed a light pink spotting. After about 10 more minutes i felt as if i had to use the bathroom again, although I urined very little i still had light pink spotting. I came on to the computer to search what it could be and got worried and tried to urine a little more to see if i was still light pink spotting and indeed i was. This spotting is only when I urine and just started about 2 hours ago. I dont know what it is, and i hope i am not pregnant. What are the possibilities that this can be?

Sounds more like your vaginal wall is irritated. I am not yet a nurse, so don't take this as a diagnosis. If it doesn't clear up in a day or so, see your doctor.

it really sounds like a u.t.i. but do a pergnancy test to be sure..Not everyone with a UTI has symptoms, but most people get at least some. These may include a frequent urge to urinate and a painful, burning feeling in the area of the bladder or urethra during urination. It is not unusual to feel bad all over - tired, shaky, washed out - and to feel pain even when not urinating. Often, women feel an uncomfortable pressure above the pubic bone, and some men experience a fullness in the rectum. It is common for a person with a urinary infection to complain that, despite the urge to urinate, only a small amount of urine is passes. The urine itself may look milky or cloudy, even reddish if blood is present. A fever may mean that the infection has reached the kidneys. Other symptoms of a kidney infection include pain in the back or side below the ribs, nausea, or vomiting.

Sounds like you might have a uti. If you are having to go the bathroom a lot, have pain while urinating, the chances are you might have a uti. You could also be pregnant. The best thing to do would be to go to your doctor and have your urine analyzed for a uti and/or for a pregnancy.

Are you having any feelings of nausea, today or in the last week? Do you feel a burning sensation when you try to urinate? Do you feel like your bladder is really full but you can't go? If you said yes to all then this is probably a UTI. Call your doc right away to get on antibiotics. She/he will also want to do a pregnancy test, that's normal.

UTI, definitely. Especially if it burns when you urinate, or if you start having some abdominal cramping. Don't have sex for a couple of days, it can aggravate the situation. Until you can get to the dr for a prescription, drink a ton of cranberry juice and get some AZO tablets (over the counter). That should get you through for now

Hon, no one on here can diagnose you. Only a doctor can diagnose and he would first need to examine you and run some tests. You might have a UTI, you might be starting to form a kidney stone, you might just have irritation, or so many other things...who knows? Please see your doctor for a formal diagnosis.

Sounds like a UTI, you don't mention pain, so it doesn't sound like stones or a miscarriage and you said you are not due for your period.
