Anytime you have a pill and you don't know what it is (don't have the original bottle), the safest thing to do it pitch it! To start with, you also don't know how old it is...is it past the expiration date? A pharmacist might be able to tell you what it is but won't be able to tell you how old it is. Never take a chance with you body or your life...toss out that unknown pill!

NO!!..thats not vicodine at all...ive never seen a E-145 before on them...and ive taken alot

It's not vicodine. I looked it up in the PDR for prescription drugs, it has pictures of all the drugs and there's no E 145 on it.

It is not Vicodin, if it was it would say Vicodin on it
