Find a hobby that interest you or learn something new go to the gym it helps a lot , malls are good too but nightclubs are better, you can become a member of a club or do volunteer work, here check this out

being lonely can suck if you think of it that way , right now i'm alone as you would put it but i'm not lonely

Make the most of it. Read when you are alone, go for a walk or a bike ride, sit on the porch and watch the sky, watch the people go by, just get up and do something different.

Have you considered chat rooms or signing on to a 'pen-pal' group? Perhaps you might wish to find a club in your area that shares your interests.
