a heart murmur in young dogs are usually congenital and older dogs is a sign of heart disease. Not that it would kill them. A murmur is a sound given off by the heart that tells us improper blood flow to the heart. Usually throwing off the heart beat. In older dogs i would be careful as far as heat and too much exercise. Younger dogs can sometimes outgrow it.

If you are talking about heart worms too. Than yes and no. If you cetch it earlie.If not it might be to late. My dog just died from heart worms. Ask a vet to be sure though.

i'm not sure what your asking but my first dog just pasted away from cancer and a tumer in her stomach get your pet treated quick it can and will spread
