I was at an intersection the other day. This guy was driving his car and he was stopped at a flashing red left turn arrow. A cop pulled up behind him. The cop waited and waited for this guy to turn left and finally the cop beeped his horn, The guy just sat there. The cop got on his PA mike and said, "Sir, the flashing red arrow means to stop, watch for traffic, and then proceed". By now, the flashing red arrow had turned to solid red. So what does the guy do? He starts to take off. Once again, the cop got on his PA and said, "Not NOW sir, not NOW!"
I think this guy should have to have a bumper sticker that says, "Caution, dumb@ss driver inside".

Here in Arizona we had one rocket scientish who decided to get out of his car while traffic was stopped on a major freeway. Before he got back in, traffic started moving again and he caused a 10-12 car pileup and 6 fatalities.

I'm sure I can think of a few, but yours was just too funny! What an idiot!!!! The cop should have given him a ticket...one for turning left on a red arrow, and the other for just being dumb.
I guess my funniest story was when my former assistant and I went out to lunch, and she said she would drive. Apparently, she had to drive her mom's minivan in that day, so when we went to park at the restaurant, it took this girl literally 10 minutes to try and park that thing in the spot!! I so wanted to reach over and push her out the door and scream, just let me do it!!!! But, I also kinda felt bad for her because you could tell how nervous she was since she was a new employee. Needless to say, instead of taking an hour lunch, it turned into the hour and 20 minute lunch because she had the same trouble backing out too, LOL.
Then of course, there are always the idiots who miss their exit, and instead of driving to the next exit and turning around, they decide that it is safer to just get on the shoulder and back up to the exit they missed. I've seen some terrible reverse drivers around here, let me tell you!!! What a stupid moronic thing to do.
And finally, you always run into one of these each day, and if you say you haven't you're lying! The nose pickers. And that's all I will say on that subject. Ewwwwww.

I watched some idiot with Quebec licence plates miss their exit in I-95 here in Miami, back up on the freeway, pull across 4 lanes of traffic, and get off the freeway. I thought they were going to be hit 2 or 3 times. I think they probably should have to.

Some friends and I were walking one evening and a car pulled up.
It was an American looking for the bridge to cross back into the US.
My friend started laughing hysterically.
The driver yelled out we had better watch ourselves and we had better tell him where it is right now.
Sure I said. Look up it's right over our heads.
I guess the lights and signs were in Canadian so he couldn't read them.

LOL best one i know is about the Airline Pilot who totalled out his brand new RV by setting the cruise control and going back for a cup of coffee

I was standing outside my work and this guy in a pickup truck came by thumping and hanging out the window like he was the shiiittt! Then he comes to the turn out of the shopping center and he punches it and looses control and hits a tree!LOL!!!IDIOT!!
But he WAS cool!!
