Have your guy stand with his feet 3 feet apart, have him start doggie-style with you, then put your feet (crossed) between his legs and balance yourself in the air as he holds you up by your hips.

I invented that one night at work. My ex loved it, and the lack of resistance from the ground allows your man to pound away, if you prefer it.
