what does the word peccant mean? and don't use a dictionary or concordance

I'm going to guess sinful or sinning.

guilty, sinful, rebellious, wanting to things your way instead of what is considered acceptable. I would say you are peccant person by not wanting a dictionary of concordance answer, see you deviated from the norm.

I'm not a bible scholar but peccant is knowing and willfully going against something. Example: people willfully sinning against the word of God.

I didn't know. I am a Christian but not a scholar. I looked it up so I would know. Thanks for a little more knowledge. I am curious about why only Bible scholars and no dic. or con.

It means sinful, or always sinning. Its the opposite of impeccable, which means sinless, or unable to sin.

it means that we are guilty of a moral offense : SINNING
it mean we violate a principle or rule. Another word would be FAULTY.
