i have a big crush on a girl i know
whenever i'm around her, i cant do anything right

As difficult as this may be for you, take a deep breath and be yourself. I've had crushes in my life, and immediately you become self conscious when the girl of your dreams appears. People, especially girls, sense when someone is uncomfortable and this works to your disadvantage. If you do see her, remember that it is okay to really like someone, and it is okay to be yourself. If you talk to her, be sure to smile. Say hi, ask how she is doing, and do not force conversation as this could get very awkward for the both of you. If she doesn't talk right away, or if you guys don't immediately hit it off, tomorrow is another day. Relationships are built, and not always in a hurry. Also, girls don't work on the same time frame as guys. They tend to come around to "liking" or disliking someone at a slower rate than guys. Remember that. So, if you see the young girl you have a crush on, try to relax, be friendly, smile, say hello, and don't get discouraged if she doesn't immediately think you're the greatest guy on the planet. You have time to get to know her, and she has to get to know you. If it does not work out at all, you will get over her, and there will always be a nice young girl out there who you will like and she will get to like you. Have fun, don't get discouraged, and keep being friendly. None of this is easy, even for grown ups, and you have time on your side.

oh god. i know how that is, except, i am the girl that the guy can't do anything right around. just try and talk to her, and don't try to impress her, it only makes things worse. just be yourself, honey. it will work. if you need any other advice, or help with stuff, IM me, or e-mail me.

Stop trying so hard. Just relax and be yourself. Subconsiously you are trying too hard to impress this lady in some way, give it up otherwise you might risk her thinking you are a bit of a dork.
