People who are mistaken and ignorant of their true nature - it's what all 'sin' is. If we had a direct experience that we and everyone else were a unified whole with God in endless nurturing Love, all negative actions would be completely impossible. 'Evil' is the result of not knowing our true nature; evil becomes impossible for a person that directly realizes this. Sex offenders are one example of the results of when we don't know of our union with god. Since 99.999999999% of us don't directly experience this unity, we engage in other negative things such as mild annoyances with people, judgments and gossip of them, etc.... all equally impossible for someone who has an experience that there is no separation between themselves and everything. Therefore, the sex offender's crimes are just a matter of degree....

Sex offenders are basically sick people who are in urgent need for a drastic treatment. And the fact you don't find any "wisdom" in that shows you there's no "wisdom" behind the whole world. Things just happen. And I'm no doctor, but I'd say sex offenders have some chemical mess-up (because of their previous experiences or because of a clinical disorder) that makes them act in that sick way.

We all have our free agency to choose what we do. Who we follow. God or Satan.

Sex offenders have choosen to follow Satan. Same with the child porn lovers.

God working in mysterious way would be more like for example. You run out of food and your childern are starving and you pray for something and then as you are cleaning you find $20 to get them some food until you get paid next week. That is just one example.

I don't understand your question? There is no wisdom in sex offenders, God isn't the one in control of them, satan is. These people are not listening to God, they are listening and living for the evil one and he is loving it. These are things that he does , not God.
God's character is all loving, caring, forgiving, all things good, He has nothing to do with this.

God has nothing to do with sex offenders, What they do is
because their f**ken sick in the f**ken head. The Law is screwed
up cause they don't give them lot of time in prison. 1 to 2 years
that it. What kind of sh**t is that. What they really need to do is
CUT THEIR ***** OFF, and yet keep them in prison. I can't stand any F**ken Child Molester. My Brother-in-laws brother
molested my nephew under my care as a foster mother and we
press charges on him, he had seven counts, but was arrested for
one and got out in a year. I hate them with a passion. And now I
found out from ScanUSA.com, that we have two child preitors
living in our neighborhood. If I had a chance to CUT His balls
off, then I would shove it in his mouth.

God doesn't MAKE sex offenders. If you insist on following that logic, then you can say they are more a product of the devil and pure evil.

Satan, temporarily, has dominion of this world.

Jesus' temptation, as told in Luke 4:6 (New Living Trans):
The Devil told him, "I will give you the glory of these kingdoms and authority over them--because they are mine to give to anyone I please.

God is, ultimately, in control but the deceiver is loosed, for a time.
