I love breakfast for dinner and this one is really great. This is the easiest and best quiche I've ever made. All you have to do to top it off is cut up either some fresh fruit or cantelope. I also put a little salsa out for those who like to spice it up a bit more.
TRADITIONAL QUICHE
1 ½cups milk
½cup bisquick
4tablespoons butter, room temperature
3eggs
pinch of salt
4-5drops of Tabasco Sauce
1cup diced ham, turkey, chicken, shrimp, bacon or
sausage (See Note)
2green onions, chopped
14 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained (or use fresh but
sauté first)
1cup grated sharp cheddar cheese (See Note)
NOTE: I have a tendency to be a little more generous with the meat and cheese – using closer to a 1 ½ cups of each.
Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 5 ingredients in blender and mix well. Turn into ungreased deep 9-inch or regular 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle meat, onion, mushrooms, and cheese – lightly press into batter with a spoon. Bake until top is golden, about 45 minutes.

I love this recipe, it's made with Tilapia, a very flaky, mild fish.. it's good for you, easy to make because you probably have all the ingredients at home already, and most importantly.. it's delicious!! Check it out, hope you enjoy!!
Tilapia fillets are baked with a topping mixture made with lemon, butter, parsley, chopped green onions, and seasonings.
INGREDIENTS:
1 small lemon
4 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions, with tops
4 tilapia fillets, about 6 ounces each, about 1 1/2 pounds total
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 400°. Zest lemon and squeeze 1 tablespoon of juice. In a small bowl, combine the peel and juice with the softened butter, parsley, salt, pepper, and green onions.
Butter a 12x8-inch baking dish.
Place fillets in baking dish, folding thinner ends under as necessary. Top fillets with the butter mixture. Bake fillets for 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serves 4.

Goulash
1lb hamb. meat
onion - sliced
bell pepper - sliced
mushrooms
cook all this together in skillet.
Boil noodles - small shells and mac. noodles
when meat mixture is done, add spaghetti sauce - I usually add 2 cans of Delmonte green pepper and mushroom
simmer and add a pinch of garlic salt, oregano, and Italian seasoning.
Put all into a bowl and mix with noodles, then pour into a baking dish and bake at 350 until hot - about 30 min. or a little less. Put some parm. cheese and grated mozz. on top and put back in oven until melted.
It is my husbands favorite
Sometimes I will add a can of stewed tomatoes to my sauce.

BBQ chicken and cheese patatoes its so good.... I got the recipe for the chicken.....
Crispy Baked Barbecued Chicken
½ cup fine dry bread crumbs or corn flakes
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
¼ teaspoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
2 ½ to 3 pound chicken cut up
¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
Heat oven to 375ï°. Combine bread crumbs or corn flakes, brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, dry mustard, celery seed, and cayenne. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brush each chicken piece with melted butter. Roll in crumb mixture to coat. Arrange chicken so pieces don’t touch, in a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with any remaining crumb mixture. Bake uncovered, in a 375ï° oven for about 50 minutes or until tender. Do not turn. Makes about 6 servings.
Hope you like it....
