How does one go about returning an engagement ring? I haven't yet given it to her, but I'm having second thoughts and cold feet. Getting married is not an option. I don't want to. What do I do?? This is not a fake question, this is happening right now. Tonight.

Ask if the store will give you credit for something else. Also check with other jewelry stores, especially single owner stores, many of them buy jewelry. I wouldn't recommend selling it on eBay, you won't get your $$ out of it there. I'm sorry for all you're going through, and good luck.

Take it back with the receipt, or if they won't take it, sell it if you need the money, or wait till your cold feet warm up, or save it for future use. I've given you some options here, good luck.

you relatively might desire to ask him what occurred to her wedding ceremony ring in a non-chalant and diplomatic way. Say something like, "howdy - i'm basically curious - regardless of occurred to the hoop which you gave your fiancee? Did she supply it back?" Neither of you will possibly desire to be afraid to debate concerns touching directly to the previous. return regulations rely on the place you purchased. some adult men are extremely sappy - and that they do no longer desire the hoop back or the wear and tear up became tense so as they had to section and cope with issues one by one. I broke off an engagement as quickly as however the component to it extremely is - undesirable sign best? - yet he pronounced if we broke up that he does not desire it back. yet, he became a form of comfortable varieties. I tossed it in an offering bag at a Carmen stay overall performance the place the subject matter became approximately giving issues as much as God. anyhow......it extremely is his activity to deal with and he might desire to have pawned it off or in any different case gotten rid of that an prolonged time in the past. what variety of guy needs to offer the affection of his existence a hoop that became as quickly as worn by capacity of somebody else he cared for? i do no longer understand why he might even desire to try this because of the fact does not he be reminded of her in seeing it?

You will need to sell privately. Either through Ebay and add in the paper or a pawn shop. Hopefully it doesn't have any engraving like name, etc.., otherwise it will be that much more difficult.

If they realize/remember you were the one who bought it, they might not have a problem with you returning the ring Hopefully they will be understanding and it will be within their policies.

try eBay...or maybe some other jewelry shop. Sometimes they will help you sell it for a small percentage.
