get her soft foods - most are fridge stored, like custards, jelly, ice-cream - also, get her some bongella (teething gel) as it will help with the pain.
Pastas are also a good, soft food to eat to get a little more sustinance, also mashed potato (she shouldn't eat rice for a few weeks, either, as it can get caught in the hole left from the extraction)

You are supposed to eat foods like mashed potatoes, Ice Cream, Jello, Pudding, and other non-solid foods for the first 48-72 hours. Mainly because solid foods will cause great amounts of pain, and chunks might get stuck in the sockets and inflict pain also.

I ate almost nothing but ice cream for a week. My face and gums were swollen and very painful. The cold soft ice cream is easy to swallow and kind of soothes your swollen gums. Malts are good too. When I was ready for something a little more substantial I had home made mashed potatoes with butter. Yummy!!! Takes a while before you're ready for solid food.

I recommend an assortment of yogurts and puddings. Sometimes the healing process is really easy (my friend was eating hamburgers 2 days later), but if it is a bit more difficult, soft, creamy foods are the best option.

split pea soup in a can
ice cream, but maybe not a good thing to leave in a basket
cream soup, like cream of mushroom soup
noodles and sauce packets, instant mashed potatoes
and fun straws from the dollar store

Anything soft..such as yogurt, cottage cheese, puddings, ...even scrambled eggs..as long as they aren't hot! Anything hot or even very warm can dislodged the blood clots! Try not to give anything gritty either...it can get in the tooth holes! If in serious doubt, ask her oral surgeon! He/She should provide a list of edible foods!!

Liquids. They have this really cool stuff, its sort of like what the astronauts eat...its liquid food in tthese neat little bags that you suck on. They're great after having your wisdom teeth pulled! :]
