Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

You're really much better off curbing the appetite than trying to artifically stimulate your metabolism. On the advice of my doctor, I used something called THINS. It's an appetite suppresant (no stimulants, etc.) which helped me lose about 7 pounds a week. Not the healthiest approach, I know, but I was your typical impatient male and wanted to see quick results so I took more than the 3 chocolate wafers a day. You can get it from PreventionProof.com. What "sold me" on them was not only the doctor's recommendation, but the fact that the research was very credible (Baylor College of Medicine, Georgetown University, American College of Cardiology, etc.)...and not from some doctor who was "on the payroll". ;-)) Good luck.

I think you got it right with exercise. (I'm 47 by the way) It works for me, but I think it's the kind of exercise you do. I have a beach nearby and walk 2-4 miles along it daily. Sometimes jog. I never set foot in a gym (don't like walking nowhere and looking at grunting lardballs). But I find walking fast keeps things moving along nicely inside. Careful with those supplements. They're more interested in sales figures than your metabolism.

Green tea is supposed to be a good way to boost metabolism. I don't recommend the green tea capsules that you can buy at Walmart. Find a good quality green tea and drink up. Exercise is very important in terms of building metabolism. So is weight training. Muscle burns calories even when you're at rest, so keeping up that good muscle tone is important.

The worst thing you can do is crash diet. That will jack your metabolism and make it more difficult to lose the weight.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Of course the best thing is always excercise...i dont like to take anything that is perscribed or herbs...eat lots of fruits and vegies and mostly steamed...cut out red meat and try fish that is steamed or griled with no butters...and water to clean the system...saunas are good also for cleaning out the pores and sweat glands to help the water move from your system also...remember when burning the fat cells that are stored in your body....you dont want them refilled by eating more fatty foods..

Go to your local health food shop (like GNC but the small local guy does a better job) and ask them.

I just picked up some red ginseng extract that makes a mean cup of tea -- high energy!

There are things specially formulated for women too.

Good luck!

Green tea helped me... actual brewed tea, not supplements. Not only did I get an energy boost, but the pounds started to go too. Also when I went for a check up my cholesterol was down! Woo Hoo! Having just hit forty this was a big deal to me. *L*

Yes my dear there are! ;)

My godma who is in her 40s lost 10kg easily within 1 month after she took some supplements called HUNZA to detox.

Most importantly, despite the weight she has lost, her skin is smooth and radiant and not all flabby and loose and as a result, her whole person looks much younger now!

My dad (who is in his late 50s)are also taking the same supplements (I bought it for him cos I took it and felt it was good cos I lost 15kg within 2 months) and have lost 8kg within 2 months ;)

All the best!

The best thing to do for this is to get moving and keep moving, 4-6 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes cardio somehow. Treadmill, elliptical, brisk walking, kickboxing, tae bo, aerobics, something that will keep you moving continuous, this kicks your metab in and keeps you burning fat long after you've stopped working out.
