A lot of towns and smaller cities have a craft day every once in a while. That's a great place to start. Get a booth and offer your prints there. Some local art galleries will also be willing to display your work if they have a need for what it is you have photographed.

The other option is just to advertise your work in the paper. Pass out flyers to friends and families.

If you're just starting out you might try the local flea markets or swap meets. Somewhere you don't have to invest a lot of $$$ to get started. Track carefully what sells, and what doesn't, and focus your offerings on what sells. Also listen carefully to any feedback customers offer as far as quality of your art, and its presentation. It'll only help you to do better.

Craft fairs and some farmers markets. If you mount your pictures you can sell them at craft fairs pretty well. Unmounted pictures are harder to sell because they get messed up easily. Mounted pictures will sell for more.
