Not a problem - everytime I fast for 3 to 4 days I lose 6 to 8 pounds. Better yet just try a Liquid Diet Only. Very hard but well worth it for me to fit into a special dress or pair of slacks.............

You can do the salads too (for the mind over matter feeling of eating something solid), but remember lettuce is all water and considered a roughage. If your body is not use to all this water you may wind up in the bathroom more than you want. Not just numbering 1ing but a very liquidity number 2.......

Sounds gross but I wanted to be honest and don't do this all the time it is not healthy. Too much fasting or liquid diets ruin the weigh losing process when you go back to eating the solid foods without controlling the intake and exercise - you can possibly gain back twice the weigh you originally lost.

Trust me I know from experience. I'm at a comfortable weigh now and I maintain with a balanced diet and exercise with periodic cleansing by fasting or liquid diets.

When I'm trying to lose weight quickly, I go on a water-fast. It usually takes off about a pound a day and you gain back about 3 pounds in "bowel weight" (as I call it) when you start eating food again. Long fasts take practice, though.

If you're heavier, though, you don't have to go to such extremes. Just count calories, take in about 900 to 1200 a day (standard weight loss count) with about 45g protien total and avoid sodium. Exercise off an additional 1000 calories a day for the rest of it. Running at high intensity for a little over an hour every day should do it.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Yeah i think of it is a useful objective. in case you lose 2 pounds each week it is...15 weeks(sorry my math is rather undesirable) so because it is...basically below 4 months. yet i might say it ought to take you closer to 5 via fact being a clean mom you will pass over some days probable and a few weeks you may lose no weight others you may lose a gaggle... solid success! have exciting with your toddler! terrific desires.

It's totally possible.
Just eat less and exersize more for a couple of days.
For about four days, I ate an apple for breakfast, bread for lunch, and fruit or veggies for dinner, and I went for a walk every day or ran, and I lost 10 lbs.

go into a hot room( in sweats) and run around four about an hour at a time(drink water) then do it until you lose the pounds.( it works i did id last year before a wrestling match an lost 5.3 lbs.

well i duno but i lost 6 pounds in 3 days, i skiped breakfast ate a small meal at 2pm and then a snack around 5pm and nothing after 6pm besides water
i had to lose a little weight lol
worked for me

One word: ATKINS. No sugar, no starch, no fruit.
East only meat, eggs and veggies, stay away from corn.. walk 30 minutes a day. You can lose that 7 pounds and more. Supplement: potassium magnisum aspartate, and chromium picolanate.

yes....drink lots of water and eat light things like salad. The water is the key.

anything is possible but remember you do not want to over do it and end up sick or in the hospital
