Sometimes it is best to not strain a tired body. It will not be the end of the world if you skip one day due to lack of sleep and pick up tomorrow, especially with the increased chance of injury that can come from the fatique you are experiencing.

Do the workout and try to do it more so you can really tire yourself out. In addition, if you are having sleeping issues some nights, you might want to consider keeping some melatonin around for such occasions. It is natural and need not be taken on a regular basis but will help you sleep without side effects. It's all good, oh, and try some tea just before bedtime too, decaf of course, and see if that helps too. Good luck!!

Actually, if you can't go to bed and sleep, the aerobics will probably do you some good. It will wake you up maybe, and make you feel refreshed! Along with a pot of strong coffee just for good measure. LOL

You said you dont want to, not that you cant. So get your butt off the couch and do the aerobic. It's actually goint to get your body going and end you up with the good night sleep in the night.

It depends on your age and how fit you are. If you're in your 20's or 30's go to the gym! You still have the energy to do it. If a good party came up, you'd have the energy for this, get goin, you'll sleep better afterwards.

Your body does not function the same without enough rest... getting some sleep and the exercising would be the smartest decision.

If you already exercise regularly, a couple days won't hurt. You need sleep to be able to perform daily tasks safely.
