Coconut milk (the thick stuff in a can, not just coconut juice), some crushed pineapple (or pineapple juice), some sugar or artificial sweetener...if you could get a little thing of rum extract from the baking section...
damn, that'd be tasty. Fattening as all hell, but tasty.

All you have to do is go to the grocery story and get a bottle of pina colada mix. The mix is non-alcoholic. The instructions for making them will be on the back. However, if you want to start from scratch, all a pina colada is, is sweet coconut milk, pineapple juice and rum. Just leave out the rum. Buying a mix would be easier!

I make non-alcoholic pina colada's by the pitcher-full all the time...
Mix together in a 2-qt pitcher:
1 large can pineapple juice
1 can cream of coconut
In blender pour amount desired from pitcher with about 4 to 6 ice cubes and blend until smooth.

PINA COLADA PUNCH
Ingredients:
46 oz. Pineapple Juice
15 oz. Coconut Cream
1 Coconut Syrup
1 Cinnamon
1.5 Pineapple Soda
1 Pint Vanilla Ice Cream
Mixing Directions:
Chill pineapple juice and soda. Blend first four ingredients in a blender until creamy. (I've found a hand blender works very well since my blender won't hold all of this liquid or you could split it into two batches.) This can be done ahead of time and put back into the fridge until serving time. When your ready to serve, place coconut mixture in punch bowl, add ice cream and allow it to dissolve somewhat. When ice cream has dissolved almost completely, add pineapple soda. Add ice ring and decorate the frothy top of the punch with thin orange slices.
p/s:If you wanted to make this alcoholic, cut back a little on the amount of soda and add a bit of rum - I like it with Captain Morgan Spiced Rum.
************************
Pina Colada
2 ripe bananas, peeled and chopped into chunks
18 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
4 ounces sweetened coconut milk (I use Coco Lopez, usually found in the juice section)
2 cups ice
1/4 cup coconut
Put banana and pineapple juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add Coconut milk and ice.
Blend until it is the consistency of a slush.
Sprinkle with coconut and drink.
