Yes. Coffee has caffeine in it. You must be mindful of this fact when you drink the stuff. It is great stuff for helping you wake in the morning and to get all cranked up for your work out. Remember though, you must sleep six to eight hours a day so keep your caffeine consumption as far away from bed time as possible.

There was a study back in the seventies that stated coffee caused colon cancer and many other health problems. That study has since been thrown out due to control problems. Seemed that most smokers drink coffee and most non smokers do not drink coffee. The scientists forgot to screen the test and control groups for smokers and non smokers, thous, skewing the results. No study since has shown coffee to be the cause of any health problems.

No, actually coffee has some very beneficial health effects. The caffeine is the concerning issue. People have studied it for years without any concrete results. Depending on how you take your coffee, it's probably not that bad for you. The worst part is the sugar if you load it up. Attempt to drink it black. It's not the best at first, but once you're hooked, you'll never go back. And you'll seem like a real coffee drinker. Drink up.

Anything can happen to young people now a days. Even heart problems. I've seen as young as 15 years old. Coffee along with anything else in the world-- too much is never good.

Coffee raises high blood pressure, and of course with extra toppings-can cause weight gain. But-if drank within the first 20 minute of brew-- it can be good for the brain.

It is bad if it's too much... decaffeinated coffee is safe for your health. But i suggest why not just drink milk for sure because of its calcium content it will aid in your growth.

Do you know that...
The majority of Americans (87%) started drinking coffee either in their teens or twenties.
Coffee breaks are primarily a morning phenomenon with nearly nine out of 10 Americans (87%) breaking for coffee before lunchtime
More women than men (59% vs. 52%) drink coffee on a weekly basis
Half (51%) of Americans say that it is important for them to customize the products they purchase
While Americans like to customize their personal belongings, over one-quarter (28%) prefer to customize their beverages above other items
Over one-third (35%) of U.S. adults are taking their coffee with more flavor now than when they first started drinking it
