Everytime I post an argument against the war in Iraq, if they don't reply with sheer abuse and harrassment, somebody always provides a stock reply that sounds like it was created by a military recruiter. It goes something like this:
"Our troops are fighting for our freedom. They are fighting terrorists to make you safer, so you should be proud of them. They are under orders to serve their country, and Bush is their commander in chief, so they obey. If you were a soldier fighting for your country maybe you'd understand."
(See more details about my question below before you answer.)

This is the kind of reply you get even when you argue that the recent testimony of the four soldiers was that they were "under orders to 'kill all military age males,' as the article said. Kill all military age males? That's GENOCIDE because all military males in Iraq are not necessarily terrorists. And there hasn't been much outrage on Yahoo about the link between orders to kill all males of military age and the fact that orders of this nature are actually about genocide. My guess is the U.S. military will pull this article from Yahoo because I really think they are running the whole show. Is the military running Yahoo or not? (I think their concerned that none of our fine young Americans want to get blown up by a car bomb in Iraq, and the news has already said the numbers of new recruits is indeed down.)

You see what I mean? You ask a question as an honest American who's concerned about where exactly the propaganda on Yahoo is coming from and people insult you for asking the question. That indicates to me that there is a conspiracy here to swarm Yahoo with a total pro-war agenda. Good luck faux military recruites!

I don't believe in God any more because of a tragic motor scooter and gun accident that blew off my left foot and three fingers. I often wonder that if I saw Bozo naked would I think that chocolate milk cannot be sold in stores in a plastic container, or could it? That is a very deep and philosophical question that many great people like Coach Ditka and Jesus could not answer when they went before a grand jury for illegal dancing in Utah. Just because Van Halen does not play at your grammar school dance doesn't mean that you have missed out in life or did something wrong. You have to move past those issues and begin to address the fact that Men are from Mars and Women are from Saturn. I once fed a dead rat to a blind man in a tossed salad and he was not happy with the dressing I picked for him. Do you ever reflect on the meaning of extra large shrimp or why plumbers don't lay plumbs when bricklayers lay bricks? Dance freely and don't forget to wear sunscreen when you go to the bowling alley. The government and aliens want you to stop smoking and you are just falling into their plan and trap. Think about all the people in the phone book that cannot play the piano or shoot a cross bow. Why is that? I cannot explain this to anyone unless they open their mind to free thoughts and the acceptance that dogs can teach humans to create a clean burning combustible engine to put in our automobiles. I do generally wear only women's orange panties when I cut the lawn in the morning. I think that is the best answer that I can provide with this limited amount of time and research.

Yes the Military is running Yahoo. Not only that the CIA has control of Goggle and the State Department has Bill Gates in their secret employ. Why don't you move to Iran or North Korea where you can really enjoy your freedon of expression. In case neither of these countries is full you may want to try China. Just don't go to Tienaman Square.

You have the right to argue against the war on terrorism in Iraq, Afghanistan, and throughout other hot spots in the world....this is given to you via the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution...but you also have to be ready for others that are exercising their 1st Amendment rights.
Yes, our troops are fighting bravely in these areas; they are fighting for fledgling democracies....I'm not going to tell you how you should feel about this....you will have to make up your mind for yourself.
But to answer your query....probably not....the military does not have anything to do with this publicly accessed site.

It would be good to have the military run something, your weak arguments for pacificism and surrender in Iraq need to be met with strong objections, we lost in Vietnam because we were namby pamby about our commitment , we fail to stay the course to be a people who finish the job, if we do not finish the job in Iraq we will be there for the next 100 years.

No...the military is not running the war, but if you ask a question related to such a touchy subject...like concerning to the war...you are definately going to get many defensive replies...many from the people directly involved with the war.

BUT SOME Y/A PETS, CAN GET AWAY WITH, SAYING ANYTHING BAD OR INSULTING ABOUT THE PRESIDENT, AND THE US MILITARY.OR US POLITICS..

WHY DO SO MANY PEOPLE GET SO DAMN UPSET, WHEN THEY DONT ALWAYS GET, THE RIGHT ANSWER TO THEIR QUESTIONS..
IF YOU ASK LOADED QUESTION, DO NOT EXPECT TO GET ONLY THE ANSWERS YOU WANTED..
ARGUMENT IS A FREEDOM,

No, quit being so paranoid.
You do still have the ability to choose what you want to do and what you want to think. Paranoia is not healthy.
