What you would want is to put a 3rd-order lowpass filter on the signal. Make the break-frequency (or corner frequency) at 10MHz. The first overtone (at 20MHz) will be attenuated by 60dB.

An oldfashioned way to deal with this problem is to use a 10 MHz Quartz crystal.
