Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

This is what I did and I lost 15 lbs. my first week.
Run for 2 hrs
Power walk for 2 hours
Jump Rope for 2 hours
Bicycling for 2 hours
You should also drink 8-10 cups of ice cold water because it takes 100 calories for your body to warm the water up. Also drink green tea, it boosts your matebolism. You should also eat protein (eggs, meat, etc.) an hour before & after you work out.
Good Luck! It seems hard but once you get through the first day, it'll become soo much easier. I hope you lose the weight you want to lose.

They say healthy weight loss is 4-6 lbs a month. If you go on a binge diet and lose more, you are likely to put it right back on. South beach is a good diet, but it doesn't only focus on diet, it focused on lifestyle modification. You need both a healthy diet and a good exercise plan. Stay away from fastfood, carbs and food with high trans fat. Lots of water, protien, and fruits and veggies.. you do have to watch those, some are very high in sugar content which if not burned, will only turn to fat...

1) the only way to lose weight is to either cut calories or excercise or both.
2) eat lean foods if you want to burn fat. your body needs a certain fat intake per day, and when you eat low fat foods, it looks alternatively to your stored body fat.
3) do eat over-eat on carbs. also try to get your carb intake earlier in the day because, for example, it takes your body 6-8 hours to process rice. oatmeal for breakfast is a great source of carbs--a little rice (or bread on a sandwich at lunch) and you should be done with your carb intake for the day.
4) there are 4000 calories to a pound of body weight. so one thing you can start doing is that if you're drinking one soda per day, switch it to a diet soda because they have zero calories. simple substitutes like that will save you a few pounds by the end of each month
5) consistency and patience--if you give up after two weeks because you don't see any results, it's because your to anxious. it usually takes at least 6 weeks to see any solid results.
6) eat at the same time every day. your body will expect to be fed after following that same schedule every day. in turn, it wont store fat because it will know when the next meal is coming.
another thing you can do, which i don't recommend is the no/low carb diet. you will probably lose the 26 pounds you want within that period of time, but it's extremly unhealthy. You body will produce ketones which are toxic. besides, the minute you get off that diet (and you will because we all love carbs) you will gain all that weight back. another thing is that your body needs carbs to digest protien which fuels your muscles...without it, your muscles will be used as a protien source instead. so, it really has a negative effect if you're looking for a long term solution. but if you're trying to go on a crash diet because you need to squeeze into a wedding dress or something like that, then go for it.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

I would work out for an hour a day... By this i mean i would run on a tredmill or do elipicals. Then lift wieghts like for you arms so you would have extra skin just hanging around and you can tone them up. I would lift three times a week. Then i would watch what i eat. Start eating healthy and dont go out to eat.

You could have an arm amputated or just forget about a target weight and start exercising regularly and eating a healthy diet. Before you know it, you'll be down from your perceived overweight size.

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:
*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF). A website that explains this formula in more detail and will help you determine how many calories you need to reach or maintain a certain weight is at http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/library/weight/calsburned.htm
Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate the above formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.
Set realistic goals for your ideal body weight. Here are two websites that will calculate a suggested body weight:
Adults: http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm
Teens/Children: http://www.kidshealth.org/kid/exercise/weight/bmi.html
It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.
*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:
http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/carbohydrates.html
Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/PyramidLRG.gif?osCsid=26a424be471d1337e7c2f105d5c64d9d
*3) Exercise on most days by doing cardiovascular training and/or resistance training activities.
Read a book or find a certified trainer to make sure your doing all resistance training exercises correctly. A great book to buy that teaches you the resistance training basics is “Weight Training for Dummies”. A superb magazine to buy with resistance training routines that will not get you bored is "Muscle and Fitness". Signup for the free newsletter. An excellent free online resource is at http://www.exrx.net/
A good book to buy that teaches you the cardiovascular training basics is “Fitness for Dummies”.
*4) Get plenty of sleep. Sleep experts say most adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep each night for optimum performance, health, and safety.
*5) Educate yourself continually on health issues and make a life long commitment to good health. A great free publication is “Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005”. A superb book to read is “You The Owner’s Manual”. An excellent periodic publication is the “Nutrition Action Health Letter”. A reputable test you can take to measure your biological age is at http://realage.com
Look at all areas where you can enhance your health. For example, make improvements in the quality of the air you breathe. Review outdoor air quality forecasts where you live and get an indoor air purifier. Send me an email or yahoo instant message to "gainbetterhealth" if you want an indoor air purifier recommendation and if you have any questions.
*Click on all the source links below to get the full benefit of the recommendations.
