A playful, flirty push is ok, like when you're just walking and talking. Or if she likes "it" (LOL) rough, then you could push her against the wall...if you're her significant other and you don't think that she'll kill you for it. I agree with pushing her out of the way of a speeding car. But other than playing, saving her, or pushing her during like sex or something, then it's not ok. Like if you were in a crowd and a guy pushed a woman out of the way. If that lady was me, HE would be pushed, onto the ground, and by the time I got done with him, he would be crying. So that's an example of when it's NOT ok. A woman should only be pushed when the person pushing her has good intentions, as I listed earlier.

IN MY PERSONAL OPINION. When a woman is physically assaulting a man then he should restrain her. Men typically are stronger having more muscle mass. If her intent is lethal, ie has a knife, then he can push or do what is necessary to protect himself. If a woman steps up she needs to be prepared for the consequences.

It depends on the context. If she wants to play rough and has initiated a level of contact, it's okay to meet her where she set the bar. It's not okay to exceed that level, or to initiate rough housing yourself. Men, remember that girls are smaller than you, and you are scary to them the way that very large men are scary to you. The biggest exception I would find to this would be pushing her out of the way of something harmful, like a bus, or a falling piano.

If you are stealing her purse you almost always have to push her down so you will have a better chance of getting away

I dont believe in hitting or pushing women,...but that goes both ways.
If she attacks the man, is that any better?
Still, if she does this he should get away from her if possible.

It never is unless she's pointing a gun at you. Why do you ask? Were you pushed?

I think if she steps up like a man and and starts physical aggression then to defend yourself it's okay.
