If you're really smooth, then you'll learn how 2 ask them out, by getting them to ask you out.
My advice: Talk about similar interests, while dropping hints to let them know you're interested. Talk about an upcoming concert or event you might want to go. Let them know you're interested in going. Ask if they're going, then 8 times out of 10, they'll ask you if you'd like to go. That's only in my experience. If they're too dense to realize what's going on, then maybe you'll have to be the one to initiate it. But just keep it cool. Let them know you're interested in them, and would love to go out sometime.

To do what? Go on a date? Watch a movie at home? How about go up to the guy, say "Have you seen the new Superman movie (or whatever you want to see)?" or whatever activity you want the date to intail. Suggest that you don't want to do this alone and think it would be fun if the two of you did this together. Since you are asking, you get to pay. If I were asked out then didn't get treated or didn't at least go dutch, that would be it for me.

Don't formally ask him out, just be casual. Just say something along the lines of : "I'm going to such and such a place, wanna come?". Or you could ask him and a group of friends to come, that way it's not so obvious you're targetting him.

Some people say the guy asks the girl out, but when you ask they know you really mean it. Ask him if you could talk privatly and then after you talk a little, ask him.

Sweety, of course you can ask a guy out. I mean, life is too short to wait around forever and wonder what might have been if you had made a certain choice. If you really like the guy, talk with him, and ask him out casually, say something like "You want to hang out later?", or "You want to grab a coffee later?", or "I want to go watch that new movie. You want to come with me?",or "I just rented this DVD, you want to come watch it with me?". Point is, find something casual, dont make it too obvious, try to take it slow and nice, and during your "date", you can talk to him, and maybe make your intentions clearer.

you go up, flirt a little bit, and ask what he's doin later. See if he wants to maybe shoot pool (or whatever you're interested in doing) or something. Tell him you're thinkin bout goin out this weekend and see if he wants to meet you or go with you. Good Luck.
