You would have severe pain in the area of the right side. It can go from the belly button to the far right side, just in from the rib cage. You would be doubled over if it were about to rupture, which can be life threatening. You would probably have a fever (however, my sons would spike and go away and spike, etc.) You would probably throw up and have other flu like symptoms. You would not normally have diahrreah with appendicitis though. You would want to get medical attention ASAP to prevent rupture. If it does, it sends poision into your system and you really can die, at the least you would be very; very sick. Good luck.
