Does it mean that i have already had the vaccine?

It does not mean much. It just means that no virus particles are active in your body. You could still have the dormant infection.
So two types of people DON'T have Hep B surface antigen. People who have never been exposed to the virus, and people that have the virus in a dormant state. If you also have anti-HBs (Hepatitis B surface ANTIBODY) then you are probably one of three people: a person who has beat hepatitis B, A person who is beating hep B, or a person who was successfully vaccinated for Hep B.
In other words no doctor does that test alone. He/she will also test you for at least the surface antiBODY as well but he/she will also test for other stuff like core antigen and the "e" antigen. He/she will also check viral counts by PCR if he/she is having trouble with the diagnosis.

It means that you do not have Hepatitis B, however, it doesn't tell you whether or not you have been vaccinated. The test they would run for that would be Hep B surf ab (antibodies).

It means you do not have Hepatitis B. No, it does not mean you already have vaccine. There is a certain test that wil detect that..that is Anti-Hbs. You could ask the laboratory to have it done. It will also tell you how high (titer) your antibodies against hepatitis B. Hope this helps.

I did a hep b surf ag and the result say your valume positive and then it say standard range negative what that means
please some one tell me im going crazy with this right now

It does in fact mean you don't have Hep B. But for in the future
Have safe sex, or don't share that's how you can get Hep B.
Or from dirty needles. Also you can just be exposed by the
Decease. Just be carefull.

THIS MEANS THAT YOU ARE NEGATIVE TO THE HEPATITIS B BACTERIA. THAT YOU DON'T HAVE HEPATITIS B. YOU ARE NOT INFECTED.
