People pee in the morning because the impulse to urinate is normally controlled by a person that is conscious, if the bladder expands enough though, the person either wakes up or urinates while sleeping. Drinking fluids before bed therefore can be a good means of an alarm clock for waking up early in the morning. Or for wetting your bed. ;)

You're sleeping in bed, and sometimes don't go to the bathroom during your sleep period, this, your bladder fills up. When you get up in the morning your bladder is full so you pee.

your body keeps processing even though you are asleep. You are asleep for 8-10 hours usually. Don't you use the bathroom during a normal 8-10 period?

Even though you're asleep, your body is still functioning. All that food and water you drank last night? It's been processed and ready to go.
