It is a built in thing.
Men have their brain wired to get as many women impregnated as possible.
Women are wired to be selective about the father of their child because after all they both together have to raise a child for the next 14-18 years so the father must be a reliable man and a decent enough father.
The evolution theory explains this well and it is well documented in research regarding human psychology.
The human race would have been wiped out a long time ago if this was not so. Nature built it into us to save mankind and it also built it in women to save mankind.

Because most girls are just hot! Even ones that are not so hot still have at least one great quality. Be it a curve/eyes/legs or she's nice. Guys have not been told by mom! stay away, don't go there, you don't want to do that. That and Guys can't have kids. Guys most of the time just don't give a ****! it's easy to walk away. Stick with friends real friends and you will find it's not just Horny!

well it is all because we have something who is to get up and get ready. So to make it happen the process has to start real fast, so that the blood circulation gets going making it hard. It is all Nature's great engineering work...so just enjoy it

Because you young girls dont wear enough to cover a postage stamp and the young boys hormones are on overdrive!!
If you wear less to tempt them, they will oagle you, like you were "free" goods at the fruit market!!
Dress decently and you wont get "pawed"...
And, we DO know how to act, when we get "horny"... If you are a willing partner to some one, then he will do his best to please you. (If he is mature enough, and knows what he is doing...remember, experience is the best teacher...so, teach him what you want him to know!)...
