First, before trying chemicals you have to let your skin peel off naturally. You see, your skin was exposed to the sun. And we can't tell if they were sunburned (or just plain tan). I also suggest you to stay away from the sun and use high SPF sunblock. After your skin peels, you can try using bleaching creams. Hope this helps. :0

It's best just not go get one in the first place. Your tan will naturally fade away. To avoid tanning in the future use a high SPF sunscreen, wear long sleeves, pants and a wide brimmed hat.
Good luck!

You cannot, the most you can do is totally stay out of the sun, even on cloudy days, staying out of the sun will decrease the melatonin levels in your body and will prevent you from getting anymore tan...no way to reverse it though...sorry

Stay out of the sun, or a mild skin peel. Drink lots of water.

Staying out of the sun is one way. Bleaching your skin is the radical way.
