Create a diversion outside the station. Something like a topless parade where the girls all get drunk and start bashing each other up. Then run inside the station, nick the keys, unlock the bike and escape with it. I know some girls who don't mind getting their **** out if you pretend you know someone famous..

If it is evidence, you will have to wait till the case it is involved with is over.
You will have to ask them what the procdure is with thier department. You will need to be able to properly ID it, you will need to know the serial number
