Preferrably a quality dark or milk chocolate (i.e. Lindt or Ritter) from Switzerland, Germany or Austria. Canadian chocolate is not nearly as good, and American chocolate tastes too "waxy" and "fake" (U.S. standards allow too many fillers).
White "chocolate" is not really chocolate - it's candy, so NOT my first, second, or even third choice.

Milk chocolate is the best. Dark chocolate is gross. White chocolate isnt actually chocolate because it doesnt have any cocoa powder in it.

Good dark from a company like Lindt. Hersheys dark just tastes bitter.
