Soy Milk Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups plain or vanilla soy milk
1 banana, peeled and frozen
1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
1/3 cup Equal® Spoonful*
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIRECTIONS:
Peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in plastic freezer bag, seal, and freeze at least 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

any smoothie you would make with regular milk, just change it to soy . . when I make a smoothie, I just dump a bunch of fruit, some milk, and ice in the blender and I am good to go

try vanilla soy milk with bananas and ice. you can also try this formula:
(fruit(s) of your choice) + (vanilla soy milk) + (soy / non dairy ice cream of your choice) and blend that together if you want a smoother, creamier taste (as opposed to adding ice).
