Enough with the "oh, your too young bullshit." Im 16 an Ive seen adults alot less "mature" then I am.
There are many things you can do. Just make sure you talk about it and make sure its ok. Any regret could lead to a break-down. If you are the least bit umcomfortable with moving up, then dont do it, just keep to kissing. If its ok, then go ahead.
Another important thing, keep it to a minimum. If you do it too much, it will become a regular thing and later a habit, which can lead to destruction.
Also if you do touch her, hold her close and look at her eyes not down there, she will see that you love her and not her body.
Being the medical science whiz that I am. To me sex is strictly Penis in the Vagina. So no oral sex aint sex, Anal sex aint sex. Sry homosexuals, youll always be a virgin. But still, just because it aint sex, doesnt make it ok. Still a very important act.

Why would you expose your body to diseases. Even if your girlfriend is clean you need to respect her and yourself. You are way too young in thinking about sex. Think about good things enjoying her without the intimacy..get real!

At fifteen, beyond the occassional kiss, you are too young for 'sexual things'. Your hormones may say otherwise, however, if you give in, you may find that stopping is not an option. In that case, you may find yourself responsible for another life.
