An Embassador is the DIPLOMATIC representative of his country's government to the government of an other nation. Therefore embassies are always and only located in a nation's capital. In the case of the US the Venezuelan and other embassies are in Washington DC.
Or did you mean Consulate? Of those there a many and you can easily google them.

Check out this site. It lists all embassies and consuls of all countries in the US, and all US embassies and consuls in other countries around the world. It also gives contact information for each office, including web addresses if they exist.
www.embassyworld.com
By the way, all embassies are located in D.C., but there may be consulates dotted around the country.

The Embassy is always in the nation's capital--so that would be Washington DC. There may be Cousulates in major cities--so New York City would be a great bet. . .so would Chicago, LA, Miami, Boston etc.
