You need sleep so that your body and mind can be healthy.You won't be able to function properly if you don't get at least 8 to 10 full hours of sleep.Are you trying to hurt yourself?Because that is exactly where your headed if you don't sleep.(Examples,why you need sleep)if your in school,you need to be alert to hear the teacher teach,alert,a better chance of passing the class.Drowsy fall asleep in class,FAIL.Drive a car?Alert,can watch the road and traffic properly.Drowzy,sleepy,fall a sleep,CAUSE AN ACCIDENT,KILL SOMEONE,KILL YOURSELF,KILL the PASSENGER in your car or the other car or cars.Do you get the picture?Lay down across your bed or where ever you feel comfortable at home,close your eyes,if you are that tired in a few minutes you will be asleep Safe and out of harms way.
