I like Kellogg's Frosted Flakes in the morning. But I can't have that sweet cereal late at night... it keeps me awake. So when I feel like cereal in the evening, I just have Kellogg's Corn Flakes without adding sugar. It's very healthy... and I think it helps me doze off easier.
