Yes, and you should be proud of it. Your virginity is a precious gift, don't give it away lightly.

Yes, it is more than okay. I have never heard anyone complain that they waited too long before having sex, but I have talked to many people who thought they lost their virginity too soon. Discipline weighs ounces, regret weighs tons. Don't rush into a physically intimate relationship. The best situation is when people are disciplined enough to wait until they are married--I really respect that.

it's perfect
it shows that you have values and live accordingly

my sister lost hers because she thought she needed to (at age 19 or 20) and with a guy who she didn't love - she sure regretted it
I was no good girl, lost mine with just 16 (to the man I spent the next 10 years with) and although we are not a couple anymore we're still friends and that's one of the memories both of us can still smile about

you'll know when you're ready, it's not about age

Yes. I wish I had saved my virginity until I was old enough to make the best decision. For me, I think it would have been best if I'd waited until at least 25. Sex really clouds your perception of reality, I think.

Sure, there's nothing wrong with that. My girlfriend was a virgin until I deflowered her at age 19.
