Everytime I log on I get a message the says I have an error with KERNEL32.DLL what is this and how do I fix?

This will not let me download yahoo messenger also, I have a pop up blocker problem that will not me open some windows how do I find these and get rid of them

Download an antivirus program like ANTIVIR and firewall like Zone Alarm.

I suspect that you have already spyware or virus on your system.
