when i work out like benchpress and lift with my legs my breasts and behind get bigger after a while is that normal or is it fat.

Sounds perfectly normal. You're building muscle. And remember, muscle weighs more than fat!

i have the same problem. it's is how i do my presses and lifts.. i squeeze my butt and chest muscles. NOT FAT!
