Stair climbing will firm your bottom, so will walking on the incline on the treadmill, and the elliptical. You need to do this 4-6 days a week to see results for a minimum of 30 minutes each time.
Limit these foods to once a week and cut your eating portions in half: cheeses, sugary treats, sodas, fried foods, fast foods. Diet is just as important as the exercise, or else you're just working off what you ate. Give yourself one day a week to eat what you want to, otherwise be disciplined with yourself 6 days a week.

How often? As many times as you can do it 3-4 times a week will show results, as far as eating goes just cut down on fats and calories.

It depends...If you're carrying fat in that area then diet and excercise including stair-climbing could help. Overdoing it could have a negative effect, however, as highly developed glutes can make you look pear shaped.

NOPE. But it might help it get more toned and muscular. Here's what I recommend.

You drink lots of water, walk an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning.

No sugar
No sodas
No candy
No potatoes
No pasta
No pizza
no corn
no bread

Good Luck
