I have a dvd drive in my laptop which enables me to watch dvds, but i was wondering if anyone knew of anything I can download from the internet that will enable me to write and copy dvds.

please can someone help me. thanks.

DVD readers cannot serve as writers.
They just have a laser that has just the necessary strength to read data, not to write it.

is the name of what you need, search for it at dogpile and you will probably have to go to a few because the kid that made it sold it to a big company that is trying to stop it from being free.

If your DVD player is just a player, then no matter what you download it will still be just a player.............lol
But if it is a writer, send me a e-mail and I will send you some links.
