The best defragment software is contig defragmenter GUI which you can download from the link for free.

It is fast, use new engine, small program and protect your file before defragment

Diskeeper is the best defragger out there.

You should be aware that defragging is over hyped. Benchmark testing has shown it doesn't really make your computer any faster.

That said, I defrag every couple weeks. My theory is that moving and rewriting the files refreshes the magnetic field and lessens the risk of a corrupted file. Besides it just seems like it should help the computer be faster not having to pick up files from all over the drive..
