I've gone through some pretty scary stuff latley and i was just wondering if i'm alone in this kind of thing and if not what other kind of stuff happens

Yes I have .
It is common among people who are really walking in spiritual reality.
I cast out spirits that are not of God on a regular basis, sometimes daily. Bitterness, Unforgiveness, Rebellion, Shame, Anger, Fear and many others. Their is a war going on for my soul and your soul. The spiritual qualities I want to entertain are spirits of love , joy, peace, gentleness, goodness, patience, self-control, faith as well as the gifts of the spirit.
Many of the negative emotions are actually spirits. Shame is another spirit that can cause trouble in our lives.
There are many and many Christians don't want to admit that they struggle with them. It's part of the battle that goes on for our souls.

What do you mean by a demon experience?? Are you haveing trouble with demons, or were you part of expelling some demons from another?/
My wife and I prayed last night as I had some bad dreams for two nights in a row. Last night I slept like a baby. We are in a strange home and have not been here long..
Demons should not be tolerated by Christians but should be expelled in the name of Jesus.. YOU MUST BE A CHRISTIAN TO DO THIS OR IT COULD END UP A DISASTER..

I have watched shows on tv where they are researching people that are having troubles with demons or who are taken over by a demon...and they said a lot of people who think there is a demon inside of them are actually psycitsophrinic (major sp????). Also, depending on what is actually going on...you may have poltergeists. They are spirits that can harm and move things. From what I understand they are sort of like demons only they are evil spirits. From what I've read and heard from Sylvia Browne (a world renowned psychic) in order to get rid of all these things you just have to ask God to get rid of them for you and tell him you want His protection...also tell the demons or poltergeist to leave your home and your presence. Maybe try going to the book store or your local library and pick up some books by Sylvia Browne...they can possibly help you.

Please forgive the smart a**es who mock. They think they know something about something they've never had any experience in. It's a very human posture. Yes, things can happen like that. I could tell you several stories, but let me say that the more important thing is that you don't get hurt. If you are a Christian, all you have to do is call on the name of Jesus. At His name, demons flee. If you are not, I would suggest you seriously look into it.

Demons are as real as are humans. When facing them, I always pray for strength to fight them, but I view it as my responsibility, and mine alone, to destroy or banish them. The majority of the church traditionally, coming mostly from the Dark Ages/Catholic view of things, believes demons to be immortal and untouchable by humanity, but I assure you that this is not the truth. We have an astral body as do they, and they are quite vulnerable. On all but the earliest occasions, I have made short work of them. A demon in and of itself is very weak, it is when they act through humans that they become strong. Even then they can be destroyed.

I had a demon experience that lasted for about 5 years. Thankfully I was able to get a divorce

After living in a haunted abode arising up as a toddler, I could say that sure, I do think of in ghosts and function witnessed rather some paranormal challenge in probable the main creepiest haunted properties ever. thoroughly happy i do no longer stay there anymore and would circulate by any of that now, yet me and my finished enjoyed ones knows first hand that ghosts are actually.

Satan and his servants, both spirits and people, are circulating in the world. You might come across them anywhere, at any time. I'm sure there are several on these Y!A forums. You are certainly not alone! Do you pray regularly, or ever?

Yes many others have had demon experiances. Just thank God he was there to helo you through it.

thank heavens no I haven't but so many others have! so many saints were harassed by satan. saint thomas aquinas was a bunch of times, and saint john, the cure of ares was thrown out of bed by satan, and evn physically beat up. gosh, I'll pray for you though. but don't let it get to you! say "jesus, mary and joseph" because satan cannot bear the holy names, and I heard holy water will keep him and his angles away as well. I suggest you read 'hinds feet on high places" its and intersting book but it may help you, the sequal is "mountain of spices"
