Because of all the famous idiot blondes. Blonde hair is beautiful, so blonde women are beautiful, and for a lot of them they have had everything handed to them their whole lives. Some gorgeous women have been given good grades in school when they have no idea what is going on in the subject. Just look at Anna nicole Smith. She is DUMB!! Jessica Simpson and Paris Hilton don't help either. It's a stupid stereotype.

Anti-German propaganda did not come to an end after WW2. The blonde-hair-blue-eyes physical type has been mocked and ridiculed for some assumed defect or other ever since that time. Stupidity is the defect most often alleged.
The answerer who told you that the media is where people get their ideas is right. Have you checked to see who owns the media? Which ethnic group has owned every American television network since the beginning of broadcast television? Bingo! Now you know.

BECAUSE MOST BLONDE'S ACT THAT WAY AND MAKE THE ACTUAL BLONDE'S THAT ARE SMART FEEL STUPID, IT MOSTLY JUST A SAYING THAT GOES AROUND. IT IS KINDA LIKE THE SAYING WOMEN ARE BAD DRIVERS, SOME PEOPLE HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THEN CRITICIZE OTHERS.

They just say that, I think if they really believe it, they are stupid. Because we all know hair color has nothing to do with your brain. And besides most blondes, are actually brunettes. So before they die their hair what are they, smart, then turn stupid?

Because there are so many glorified blonds who think that Chicken of the Sea is actually chicken! lol Because so many blonds we see seem to be dumb, or play down their intelligence, society sterotypes all blonds as being dumb.
