certain exercises can, running on a 2% or more incline definitely would then theres this one, i dunno what it's called but youre on all 4s and lift your leg straight out.. yeah that'll do it too
but its not big like fat big, its the nice lookin kinda big.

Eat chocolate, and do leg lifts, and lots of them.Squeeze your butt-muscles a lot before you go to bed, to make the muscles big.
I wish i could give you some of mine....nah. I wish I could tell you about some tea that would increase that, but the real world is not the "ms. new booty" world, and you shouldn't spend a lot of money to change your butt.

I don't know? If your flat as a pancake on the backside I don't think anything will give you that JaLo butt, well short of a visit to the plastic surgeon.

If you lift weights pretaining to your tighs and butt..that is the best way including squats.
