Honestly, that's a bit stupid. Every decent scientist knows that you can't PROVE anything with science, you can only disprove. At best you can only show the relationship that appears to exist between certain things--a relationship which may later be disproven. I doubt any amount of evidence would cause him to give someone the money.

I've read what his requiremetns are to win the money.
He wants nothing less than to prove every event from the big-bang, to the formation of the planet, to the evolution of man.
What he wants is impossible to supply, and is unecessary to prove evolution proper.
Similarly I could offer any theist on here $1million if they can prove scientifically that every single claim in the bible happened before I will accept creationism.
Any takers?

And the proof that evolution isn't true is... And you can't use The Bible as proof against it, as in all science, your results have to be reproduceable.
Yes I know he offered it. And no one will collect it.
Interestingly, Darwin predicted a lot of the Creationism/Intelligent Design arguements in "origin of species." It's worth a read, and this post comes from one who is a practicing, admitted Christian.

Scientists, with the right motivation, and 250,000 dollars ought to do it,can prove anything. The only problem they have is selling their ideas to the public. They can come up with facts for this, figures for that, but don't try peddling them to me!

My husband and I got to hear him speak at a local church for 3 nights. He was great. He had a lot of evidence in favor of creation.

Did you also know that he just got arrested and is going to prison for tax evasion?
Also, that little wager of his has too many restrictions because he basically rejects all science.

More sillyness. Sheesh - if people understood quantum physics theory, they'd be trying to discredit that, too.
