Your comment after the question does not make any sense. There is a difference between "ratting out" your sibling, and telling your parents out of concern for her safety and well-being. If your 11 year old sister is having sex, then you have to tell your parents. She is not much more than a little girl, very immature, and is most likely not practicing safe sex. Sibling honor? If you truly cared about your sister, you would tell your parents, about the sex, and anything else that could hurt your sister, if she's upset at you, too bad.
"I would not rat out my sister if she was in Al-Qaeda"??? You are a very stupid, immature girl. Grow up, and quickly.

Hmm..I would definately not rat my sister out in such an important matter. She needs to tell them herself, if anyone tells them at all. I guess it also depends on how open you are with your parents about this kind of thing. My parents are very open about it and I can alway come to them if I have questions. With 11 years your sister is very young to have sex already, but it's too late for that now. Just make sure she has safe sex and that she doesn't end up like those poor kids who are 13 and already mother.

I believe in sibling honor, but part of being a good sibling is looking out for the well being of your sibling(s). Therefore, I would really hope, for your sister's sake, if she was in Al-Qaeda, you would tell someone and try to get her out. If she is sexually active and you can't stop her yourself from doing it, unless you want her to end up pregnant at age 11 or with STD's you should tell....that is, if you love her.

WOW your 11 year old sister is sexually active? That is really not good. I believe it is wrong to rat out you sister to your parents because i have sisters and wouldnt want them to rat me out if i was doing something bad.(plus what happens if you do something bad and she rats you out!) But i suggest u talk one on one to your sister and explain to her that being sexually active at her age is not good and she could become preganant or get a STD!!! So yes talk to your sister!!

It depends on the situation. I would not want to rat out my sister(s) either, but if she was in harms way, then I may...it would depend on how serious the situation was and when it was and who it involved...I can keep secrets, I know plenty of things about my own sisters that I am sure my parents do not know...but as I said, if it was life or death...or something related to that, well I would rat her out..

i imagine declaring radical muslims prepare it truly is somewhat ridiculous. there is not any longer a definitive link between radicalism and homicide of this nature otherwise it might want to were stated and so some distance as i'm conscious that hasn't ever been the case. honestly non of the terrorists who've those days made tries interior the united kingdom have had allegations llike this made antagonistic to them. it truly is however, some thing that takes position and some thing I despise. My sister in regulation changed into threatened in a similar nature by using her uncle and a couple of brothers for seeing my brother, who's white. The stupid aspect about it changed into that her relations alleged racism had occured antagonistic to them which I nonetheless don't realize completely. if so i'd say it changed into time period thrown round with the intention to attempt to divert interest from the very certainty they no longer purely threatened my entire relations yet a member of their own. by the fashion her relations are Sikh which only is going to illustrate that it transcends faith. human beings like that, or of that way of questioning should not be allowed to respire a similar air as me, no longer to tutor walk down the line. What they recommend holds no honour, least of excited by their relations yet brings actual shame to a challenge that would want to wish to no longer reason a lot competition interior the first position.

Live a little longer. My younger brother is now 46. He has been an alcoholic and methampetamine addict for nearly 18 years. He has abused every member of our family - physically, mentally, and financially. I wish that I could love him but the truth is that I don't even know him anymore and don't like the person he has become. If he comes around my home drunk or high, I would not hesitate to call the police to have him arrested. He is not only a threat to our entire family, society at large, but himself as well. I wish it weren't this way but that's the reality we have to live with.

I never rat out my sister too but try warning your sister of the consequences of her sexual activities.

Her health is in danger...staying out late and not ratting is one thing. This is serious stuff because she is so young. I believe in sibling honor, but honestly, 11???? That is young. Can you imagine her getting HIV or pregnant? (I bet you would have wanted your parents to intervene then).
