If urine is really sterile...can you drink it?

Mine has blood in it. So it's got a little texture. But that's what makes it better.

I drink 8 ounces of bloody foam pee every morning. I also eat a spoonful of feces with strained vomit chunks every night. They give me my own room here at the hospital and sometimes I even get to go to sleep without having my arms tied to the bed. They only do that when I scream and cut myself. But I'm only doing it to let the demons out. They make my bones itch.

Most people don't talk to me but that's okay. My cats do. I just hope the hospital doesn't find my cats. They'll eat them.

Yes but I wouldn't reccommend it. Urine does nothing for hydration since it has as much salt as your urine (obviously). Also, urine contains urea, which is a toxic by-product of cellular metabolism, and ammonia (yum).

is it really umm...'sterile' ?? i mean, urine is something your body excretes and it contains 'urea' which can be toxic...soooo urine is a mixture of urea, water, salts and some other substances which can be in excess in your body...doesn't sound so tasty huh?

I don't know about driking it but my grandmother told me her room mate in college used her own urine as a toner for her skin in the mornings i've seen photos she had beautiful skin but i haven't tried it
